Tom Fallon President and Chief Executive Officer for Infinera
Thomas Fallon joined Infinera in 2004 as VP, Engineering and Operations, and served as COO from 2006 to 2009. He became CEO and President of the company in January 2010. Previously, he spent 13 years at Cisco, where he was hired as an early employee and led a number of operational and business functions through their significant growth phase, serving as VP Manufacturing, VP Corporate Quality and Development Operations and VP-GM of the Optical Transport Business Unit. Mr. Fallon holds a B.S.M.E. and M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dave Welch Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and member of the Infinera Board
Dr. David F. Welch co-founded Infinera, and served on the board of directors (2001-2006) and as CTO and CMO before his appointment as EVP and CSO in January 2010. Previously, he was CTO and VP Corporate Development at SDL. Dr. Welch holds over 125 patents, and has been awarded the Adolph Lomb Medal, Joseph Fraunhofer Award and the John Tyndall Award in recognition of his technical contributions to the optical industry. He is a Fellow of the OSA and the IEEE. Dr. Welch holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Ashoka Valia VP of Business Development for Infinera
VP of Business Development since 2010. Mr. Valia is responsible for developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, developing strategic partnerships & alliances and leading M&A opportunities as part of the company's growth strategy. Previously he was the VP, Global Market Development for Nortel's Carrier VoIP and Applications where he had global go-to-market responsibilities resulting in market share growth and substantially increased profitability. Previous assignments with Nortel include: VP, Corporate Development and Managing Director – India, where he was responsible for the Indian operations of Nortel, including carrier and enterprise sales, business development, partnerships and P&L accountabilities.

Michael Capuano Vice President, Corporate Marketing for Infinera
Mike Capuano joined Infinera in May 2011. He is focused on strengthening the Infinera brand and increasing awareness of its solutions and value proposition as the company expands its product portfolio and global reach. Mr. Capuano brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing in the technology and networking industries, including marketing leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks. Mr. Capuano holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Colgate University.

Andrew Bond-Webster Vice President, Asia Pacific for Infinera
VP Asia Pacific since April 2011, Andrew is responsible for the definition and execution of strategies to grow Infinera's business throughout the Asia Pacific region. The focus of Infinera's strategy in Asia Pacific is to grow revenue through expansion into new geographic markets and market segments using both direct and channel sales strategies.
Prior to joining Infinera, Andrew held a number of positions in the telecommunication industry in Asia Pacific since his relocation to the region in 1993. His career has included senior management positions with network service providers including President of Equant Network Services (Now Orange Business Services), Cable and Wireless where he was responsible for growing the enterprise market and the management of satellite and terrestrial telecoms equipment vendors across the region.

Vinay Rathore Sr. Director Solutions Marketing for Infinera
Mr. Rathore brings 20 years of telecom experience across a broad array of technology. He has helped some of the world's largest companies including Sprint, Global One, MCI, Alcatel and Ciena build and market their newest products and services. Mr. Rathore's area of expertise includes network engineering, operations, sales & marketing in both wireline and wireless systems as well as leading edge network solutions spanning Layer 0 to Layer 3. Mr. Rathore holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute as well as an MBA from the University of Texas.

Geoff Bennett Director of Solutions & Technology for Infinera
Geoff Bennett is the Director of Solutions & Technology for Infinera, a manufacturer of Digital ROADM next generation transport network switches. He has over 20 years of experience in the data communications industry, including IP routing with Proteon and Wellfleet; ATM and MPLS experience with FORE Systems; and optical transmission and switching experience with Marconi, where he held the position of Distinguished Engineer in the CTO Office. Geoff is a frequent conference speaker, and is the author of "Designing TCP/IP Internetworks", published by VNR.

Gaylord Hart Director, MSO Market Segment for Infinera
Mr. Hart joined Infinera in 2007 as Director MSO Market Segment, where he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic business plans for the CATV market. He has served in the optical networking industry for over ten years, and has over 25 years experience in the CATV industry serving in numerous executive roles where he has been responsible for the development and marketing of broadband systems and products. Mr. Hart is a Senior member of the SCTE and IEEE. He holds BA and BS degrees from Southern Methodist University and a Masters degree from Western Washington University.
