College and Internship Program
Infinera's intern program involves the active recruiting of exemplary students through visits to top-tier schools, meeting with their faculty and qualified students and inviting those students to spend their summer discovering what a rewarding company Infinera is to work for. In return for their time, interest, and effort, candidates can be assured that their skills will be applied to meaningful projects that will have a real impact on our products.
Our intern program has been successful in providing a robust and in-depth overview of the culture, workforce, brilliant minds and technological advancements that make Infinera so unique. We're excited to be continuing this program because we believe it encourages creative thought, innovation and - above all - great students to apply to become future Infinera employees.
